No Eggs?

As our appointment gets closer and closer the worry wart in me is starting to come out. Will the tests hurt? Will I get bad news? Can I skip IUI and go right to IVF? After hearing the Khole Kardashian news I started to worry more about not having eggs, I know its jumping the gun but it was a harsh reality it can happen to anyone. Have any of you gone to the fertility doctor yet? If so what was your experience? I guess I am looking for some stories that will calm my nerves……because right now I am worried
